Hi! I’m Caitlin.

I always had a passion for baking growing up and it has only grown through my university and working experience.

Through Hilltop Baking I want to be able to encourage both the people who already love to bake and those who think they shouldn’t even try. Baking can be scary but definitely worth it if you’re brave enough.

I also love to provide bespoke bakes for events and wedding to make the occasion extra special. Food is something everyone talks about even after the event. So, why not make it something worth talking about?

Hilltop Baking is based on the North Coast near Coleraine, Northern Ireland surrounded by beautiful scenery.

More about what we do…

1. Afternoon tea baking workshop

10am - 2 pm. Fridays and Saturdays. £65 per person (max 8 people)

In this workshop you will be provided with tea, coffee and a light breakfast on arrival, I will introduce myself to the group and talk though what exactly we will be doing in the workshop. This will be followed by 2 1/2 - 3 hours of baking and getting creative. You will then be served a delicious afternoon tea that will include your baked goods that you’ve just made. Everything else, you get to take home to share (or not share) with family and friends!

2. Baking skills workshop

7 - 9pm. Tuesdays - Saturdays. £45 per person (max 12 people)

In this workshop you will be provided with tea or coffee on arrival while I introduce myself and talk through the session. After this we will work through one area of baking skills (eg, cakes, cake decorating, fondant work, chocolate etc.) which you can decide. You will then get to take home whatever you have made and enjoy!

3. Bespoke bakes catering

I offer bespoke, handmade and delicious bakes for events and weddings to provide a fantastic guest experience . I work alongside clients to provide a variety of bakes that suits their needs and wants including dietary restrictions and special requests. My product range includes a variety of cakes, cookies, pastries and so much more, all of which are made to order with fresh and high-quality ingredients.
